How it works

Find a coach
Every coach has a storefront: their packages, their certifications, and reviews from clients who actually trained with them.

Request a package
Send a request and the coach reviews it. The price is locked at the moment you request, so it can never change on you afterwards.

Answer their questions
Before planning anything, your coach asks what they need to know — injuries, schedule, equipment, goals. You answer in the app.

Pay securely
Pay in Egyptian pounds by card through a licensed Egyptian payment provider. Coachly never sees or stores your card details.

Get your plan
Your coach tells you exactly how many days they need to build it — between 1 and 14 — then sends it to you in chat and keeps working with you from there.
Text and voice messages with your coach are part of every package, for as long as your programme runs.

Coaches set their own prices and durations. Most offer three tiers, and most clients choose three months.

Programmes run for one, three, six or twelve months. Prices above are typical of what coaches on Coachly charge and are shown as a guide — the exact price of any package is always shown before you request it.
Our promise
What you're owed, and when
Coaching goes wrong when nobody says when anything will happen. So on Coachly, every deadline is written down and the app holds both sides to it.
Your coach commits to a number of days to prepare your plan, from 1 to 14, and you see that number before it starts counting.
When the plan is sent, you have two days to confirm you received it or to tell us something is wrong.
If a coach misses the deadline they set themselves, that counts against them and you are entitled to a refund.
You can leave one honest review per coach once you have trained with them, and edit it afterwards.
Payments and refunds
Money, in plain words
Before you pay
- You can withdraw a request at any time, at no cost, for any reason.
- Nothing is charged until you choose to pay for a package a coach has accepted.
- The price you see when you request is the price you pay.
After you pay
- Cancellations and refunds are handled by our support team, not by the coach.
- Write to support@coachlyeg.com and we will review your case within two business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the card you paid with.
Card payments are processed by a licensed Egyptian payment provider. Coachly does not see, handle or store card numbers at any point.
For coaches
Coach on Coachly
Coachly gives you a storefront, a client list, a chat with every client, and the deadlines that keep it all honest. You bring the coaching.
During launch, Coachly takes no commission. Coaches keep the full package price.
- Apply with your details and certifications. We verify your identity before your storefront goes live.
- Set your own packages, prices and durations, and the questions you need answered before you plan.
- You are paid after the client has paid, the programme has been delivered, and the money has settled.
- Miss a deadline you set yourself and there are consequences. That is what makes the badge mean something.
